You should plan to arrive about 15 minutes early to your first appointment. Wear comfortable clothing that allows access to the area of the body that is being treated. Please bring ID, Insurance card, and referral if applicable. You will fill out some basic information about yourself and your condition. You will then be evaluated by a Physical Therapist and a treatment plan will be established. The first appointment will take approximately one hour. Future visits will not require additional paperwork and are typically 40-60 minutes long.
