Meet our Team

Dr. Houseman is a 2002 graduate of Kenton Ridge High School.  He received a BS in Health Science from Brigham Young University-Idaho in 2007, a Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2009, and a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2011.  He enjoys fitness, sports and spending time with his wife and three children.  

Lacey is the office manager and co-owner of Springfield Physical Therapy. She does scheduling, insurance verification, billing, and much more. She is a 2002 graduate from Fairfield High School and received a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Brigham Young University-Idaho in 2006. In her free time she enjoys being active and baking macarons. 

Stephanie is the front desk coordinator. She manages appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, and administrative tasks to keep our clinic running smoothly. Whether answering phone calls, handling insurance inquiries, or assisting with paperwork, she is dedicated to providing top-notch service and ensuring our patients receive the care they need.

Alex is a 2014 graduate of Northeastern High School. He received his Associates of Applied Science degree in the Physical Therapist Assistant Program from Clark State Community College in 2018. In his spare time he enjoys exercise, jui jitsu, and spending time with his wife and two sons. Alex is passionate about delivering the best care possible with humor mixed in to keep you smiling.
